The property is strategically located in Jefferson, which has become a hub for industrial and precision manufacturing development due to its location at the crossroads of I-85 and SR-129 and its proximity to the Georgia Northeast Inland Port. The area boasts more than 30 million square feet of industrial real estate within a 10-mile radius, with major companies such as Amazon, SK Battery America, Midway, GXO, and Walmart. However, the housing supply has not kept up with the growing population and economic base, making The Pointe at Concord an attractive investment opportunity.
