The property was built in two phases, with 198 units in the first phase completed in 2021 and 82 units in the second phase finished in December 2022. The property featuring class-A finishes and amenities is in close proximity to the Georgia International Business Park, major highways, and popular tourist destinations.

The acquisition was completed in two phases, with the first closing in March 2022 and the second on March 16, 2023.
