Beacon Real Estate Group specializes in the ownership and development of multifamily, retail, and office properties in the U.S. Southeast. We acquire properties across the life-cycle: from pre-stabilization to deep value-add; but one commonality is that each property has a story – a unique edge. 

At Beacon, we actively collaborate with our property management teams, providing a comprehensive suite of services, expertise, and essential systems to ensure the successful operation of each property. 

Our firm includes nearly 40  corporate professionals including acquisitions/dispositions, operations, construction, marketing, finance, treasury, and liquidity management. Senior members of our team have worked together for over 25 years, fostering a stable, collegial environment where younger team members are encouraged to challenge and question the norm.

Our apartment portfolio is comprised of more than 7,000 multifamily units located across primary and secondary markets in the U.S. Southeast. Our acquisition strategy focuses on properties that are either pre-stabilized, in need of renovation or mismanaged. These acquisitions are typically made at values below replacement cost and are situated in submarkets with strong demographics and job growth.

Our commercial portfolio, also in the U.S. Southeast, exceeds 1 million square feet of office and retail properties. We excel at capitalizing on local market inefficiencies driven by demographic growth, local regulations, and underserved demand.
