Gerardo has worked in large-scale civil engineering projects, in the development and construction of large habitational complexes, and in the design and construction of Call Centers for law enforcement and emergency services. He has advanced skills in Land Development, Cost Control, Payroll and Personnel Management. He worked for Ingeniería Serur in constructing a water dam in Zulia and a housing community in La Guaira. Later he was part of a team involved in redesigning and constructing five Command and Control Centers in various cities of Venezuela. Gerardo received his B.S. in Civil Engineering in the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, USA.
